I’ve been training with Elena for the past year and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I’ve always made internal excuses not to exercise: I was to busy, too tired, it was too hard. But after turning 38 and realizing that I needed to get serious about taking care of my body (and mind), I started working with Elena. I expressed to her that my goals were more about improving my mobility, flexibility, and the help with stress. I had also wanted to focus on weight training. I loved Elena’s energy as soon as I met her. Her demeanor is kind and warm, and she is very knowledgeable about achieving the goals that I want to achieve. She pushes me with positive reinforcement, and I always feel better not only physically, but mentally after our sessions. Her approach to training is very holistic and it is something I truly appreciate. I look forward to seeing her every week. She literally changed my life!

I had the pleasure of training with Elena for several months. She was a fantastic coach, who would motivate and push me beyond my limits, but also very present and able to adapt to my needs in the moment if I was ever having a rough day and couldnt perform at my best. She is very observant and was always able to read my body to see where I needed some extra stretching if I was tight or in pain, or where I was doing better than expected, so could increase the intensity. Even my "rest" moments were productive with Elena because she showed me really helpful stretching and recovery techniques. I had a wonderful experience with Elena and even extended my intial few months to get more sessions with her. I would 100% train with her again.

I’m already seeing results and feeling stronger and more toned than ever. Elena is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating.
