These classes offer a well-balanced combination of Personal Training and Yoga Stretch. Personal training focuses on developing muscle strength and endurance, while yoga enhances flexibility, elongates muscles for slimmer look and helps to provide oxygen to the muscles using breathing techniques.

Each class can be tailored to the client's specific goals - whether it's toning the lower body and legs, building arm strength, or targeting core work. Alternatively, classes can focus on full-body strength, toning and strengthening all areas from arms to legs.

We use dumbbells for arm strengthening, as well as leg and core exercises, along with yoga straps and blocks to make stretches easier and more enjoyable. Personal Training sessions can be done at the comfort of your own home or at the gym.

Recommended approach:

  • The 12-Pack can be used over 2-3 months, starting with 1 session per week in the first month, followed by 2 sessions per week in the second month. 
  • 12-Pack class can also be scheduled 3 times per week for those looking for an intensive workout.
