My Mission
Hello, I am Elena
Coming from a family of educators, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and assessing unique ways to help individuals improve their lives through personal training, muscle toning, yoga stretching, endurance and mobility techniques.
My Story
My story started at the age of 5 when I was first introduced to exercise and stretching through my background in ballet and aerial acrobatics.
Prior to becoming a certified instructor, I had acquired extensive training in a variety of fitness disciplines, including aerial silks, ballet, gymnastics, and was surprised to discover that some elements of personal training and yoga were similar to exercises used by ballerinas. These exercises aid in the development of strength, endurance, mobility, alignment and flexibility of the body.
My Vision
I believe that through the practice of muscle exercise and yoga stretching, we can create a harmony between our body movements, leading to increased range of motions, balance and an overall happier lives.
